I am a dedicated qualified CBT Therapist who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. With years of experience as a mental health nurse and now a therapist I can help individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, trauma to name but a few. My approach is collaborative, personalised and focussed on creating lasting change
