At Blue Skies Horizons I believe in empowering individuals to overcome challenges to help them lead fulfilling lives and reach their true potential. Using evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I can help you to navigate life’s difficulties with practical tools and compassionate support.

I am a dedicated, qualified CBT Therapist who is passionate about helping people to achieve their goals.

With years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse and now as a therapist, I can help individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, trauma to name but a few. My approach is collaborative, personalised and focused on creating lasting change.

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a goal oriented approach that helps you to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Whether you are struggling with negative self talk, overwhelming emotions or unhealthy habits, CBT provides practical strategies to help you gain/re-gain control and improve your wellbeing.

Individual Services:

I offer an initial 15 minute free telephone consultation where we can discuss your requirements and tailor sessions to suit your unique needs.

Sessions are offered in person or remotely in the comfort of your own home via telephone or online via Zoom.

Face to face sessions are currently held at Twechar Healthy Living & Enterprise Centre.

Information on workshops & group sessions coming soon.
